Scope and Purpose

This Cookie Notice supplements the [ATA Sign Privacy Notice] and explains how the provider companies listed in the Contracting Entities Chart ("we," "our," or "us") use cookies and similar tracking technologies—such as web beacons and tracking pixels—across our websites, mobile apps, and other products or services ("Services").

Our service providers and certain third parties may also place cookies on our digital platforms.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies We Use

Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your internet-enabled device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit a website. They store information about your device and browsing activity—such as user preferences or language settings—so it can be retrieved during future visits.

For more details on cookies and how they work, see the FTC's explanation.

Web Beacons

Web beacons (also known as single-pixel or clear GIFs) are small electronic images embedded in websites or emails. When your browser loads a page or email containing a beacon, it connects to the hosting server—often operated by a third party—allowing it to log device information and read cookies.

Similarly, embedded third-party content (videos, plug-ins, ads) in our Services may trigger connections to the third party's server.

Mobile Analytics & Advertising IDs

Mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) generate advertising identifiers that mobile apps can access in a similar way to cookies. Our mobile apps, as well as third-party analytics and advertising partners, use these identifiers for analytics and ad personalization.

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for operating our Services—ensuring security, detecting abuse, and maintaining user sessions. They also help prevent fraud, spam, and account misuse.

Blocking them in your browser settings will impact functionality and performance.

Advertising & Targeting Cookies

These third-party cookies deliver ads relevant to your interests, limit repeated ad exposure, and measure ad performance.

Our partners, such as Google (via DoubleClick, Google AdX, AdWords), place such cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. Learn how Google uses data.

Performance Cookies

Used to monitor, analyze, and improve Service performance. They help us understand user behavior, test features, and generate analytics reports.

Some of these cookies are placed by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics) and may track activities across websites, apps, and devices without identifying individuals.

Functional Cookies

Enable personalized features, such as remembering usernames, settings, and content preferences. Blocking them may limit certain functions and reduce personalization.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Interest-Based Ads: Opt out globally via YourAdChoices or the AppChoices app for mobile. Your device may also have its own ad settings.
